Automated order time tracking
Sometimes it doesn’t take much to make life easier. For example, the lack of clocking discipline in companies is a widespread annoyance i.e. the consistent recording of order times by clocking in and out of individual work processes. A machine operator usually does not like administrative work. In addition, the route to the terminal is sometimes long and handling is not that easy. This results in incorrect order times, unrealistic planning and inaccurate cost and price calculations.
Quinx has automated the stamping process by integrating ERP, DNC and MDC. Essentially, the operator only has to load the NC programme onto the machine. From this point on, the time is recorded and assigned to the corresponding job.
